End of year? Already?
It’s truly hard to believe that the end of the year is soon approaching, with that being said, many of you will soon be Mrs. DeBlock’s “Alumni.” What advice would you give a new 5th grader coming in to our classroom next year? What are some experiences you can share with them to help them adjust to 5th grade and our classroom?

I would say to always listen to directions. Also, even if you can’t get something on your first try keep trying.

Ya I cant believe the year is almost over too. I would like to share my experience in projects and field day. In projects you might not get the partner or partners you wanted, but they might be your friend right after the project and it might turn out great. My experience in field day was great. I learned that field day is not about winning, its about having fun and trying your best to end strong. Also Some advice would be don’t do to much math in your head, and don’t get frustrated if you get something wrong over and over again, keep trying and i know that they will get. Learn from mistakes an if you are confused aask questions because Mrs. DeBlock or another teacher will be around to help. My last thing is prticipate a lot in raising your hand. That is some advice to the next years 5th graders!!!:)
